Avéli is a minimally invasive cellulite treatment that releases the fibrous bands beneath the skin that cause dimpling, creating smoother, more even skin.

Chemical Peels
Chemical peels can help improve texture and pigmentation, control oil and stimulate collagen. Peels can have various downtimes from one to 14 days. Based on Caseys evaluation and your concerns, she will create a plan tailored to your individual needs. Caseys favorite peels include Cosmelan 2, Jessner, TCA and retinoic acid.
CoolPeel CO2 by Deka
SmartXide Tetra CO2, also known as CoolPeel, is a customizable fractional resurfacing treatment that improves skin texture, tone and overall skin quality with settings tailored to each patient.
Downtime: Variable. Redness, swelling, irritation, tightness, scabbing, sandpaper-like texture or sloughing may occur for three days to a few weeks.
Cosmelan 2 Peel/Dermamelan Peel
Hyperpigmentation is caused by abnormal melanin production, the pigment responsible for skin color. Causes may include genetics, hormones, sun exposure and trauma. These peels are applied in office, worn home and washed off a few hours later. A topical anti-spot cream helps maintain results and prevent new pigment from forming.
Downtime: Every individual is different. Pinkness and intense peeling may occur for three to 10 days.
Cutera Xeo (CA)
Cutera has been a mainstay in aesthetics for more than 20 years. The Xeo is a customizable platform that treats concerns such as visible vessels, pigment, wrinkles, unwanted hair and overall skin revitalization. This platform includes Excel V for vascular concerns, Laser Genesis for skin tightening and IPL for pigment.
Denave 585 Fiberoptic
A new technology to the U.S. market, this fiberoptic laser is designed to treat vascularities, rosacea, acne, sun damage, age spots and post-injectable bruising. The Denave can break up a bruise immediately with just a few seconds of pulsed light energy. It can also treat stubborn nasal and cheek capillaries, darkness under and around the eyes from vasculature and port wine stains.
Downtime: Minimal, with up to two to three days of pinkness and mild swelling.
Fibroblasting with Plasma Pen
As skin ages, it begins to weaken, lose flexibility and decrease collagen production. Though the appearance resembles a microneedling pen, this treatment works differently. It is designed to repair, reverse and mitigate the visible effects of aging by using state-of-the-art nitrogen plasma technology. By transferring nitrogen plasma energy to the epidermis while heating and disrupting the deep skin layer, Casey Powell, PA can tighten, lift, resurface and regenerate areas of aging skin, including thinner areas like the eyelids. This is known as “fibroblasting.”

Frozen C Cryotherapy Facial
Frozen C increases blood flow and available oxygen to help revive tissue. Jessner Peel
Jessner Solution is a tried-and-true superficial peel that has been used in the aesthetic industry for many years. The solution includes alpha hydroxy and beta hydroxy acids and can treat photoaging, age spots, acne, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, melasma and freckles. Jessner Peels are often done in a series.

Microneedling
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that uses an electric needling system to create micro-wounds on the face or treatment area. You may also hear it called collagen induction therapy.

Thread Lift
One of Casey Powell, PAs favorite treatments. Whether used alone or with Sculptra and other fillers, the Thread Lift has minimal downtime and powerful results. Small threads are inserted at different levels within the cheek and neck, then gently pulled upward to lift unwanted sagging and laxity in the facial tissue. The threads are then cut, leaving a beautiful lift with hidden absorbable sutures. The Thread Lift lifts, tightens and supports collagen production over four to eight weeks. Minimal bruising may occur.

PRX: The Glass
Facial
PRX The Glass Facial is a no-downtime biorevitalization treatment that improves tone, texture and radiance while stimulating collagen production without visible peeling.

Retinoic Acid Peel
Tretinoin and retinoic acid, strong vitamin A derivatives, have been used in the industry for many years. They have shown success in clinics and studies for treating dermatoses such as acne, melasma, scars, skin aging, wound healing and non-melanoma skin cancer. Retinoic acid can also be added to a Jessner Peel for increased pigment and texture improvement.
Downtime: Mild pinkness and flaking may occur for two to four days.
Salmon DNA
Salmon Sperm Facial uses PDRN, derived from salmon DNA, to support regeneration, hydration, repair and glow. Salmon DNA can be applied topically during microneedling, RFMN or laser treatments, or it can be injected.
Downtime: Minimal. Every individual is different. Redness, sensitivity or mild swelling may occur for one to three days.
TCA Peel
A TCA peel uses trichloroacetic acid and is a medium-to-deep peel that can treat actinic keratosis, melasma, wrinkles, acne scars and sun damage.

Vivace - RFMN
Vivace RF Microneedling combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen production, improve texture, reduce fine lines, minimize pores and tighten the skin.

Cortisone Injection
Whether hormonal, genetic or anxiety related, all of us get acne at some point in our lives. Acne and cysts can be embarrassing, stressful and difficult to cover! Luckily, there are cortisone injections. Kenalog is a potent anti-inflammatory that, when injected into a cyst, can improve the redness, swelling and discomfort within a few hours. This is a quick and tolerable procedure.
Downtime: None.
PRP for Scalp & Face
PRP can help restore hair loss caused by scalp trauma, aging or hormonal changes. The treatment uses a quick blood draw, separates the platelet-rich plasma and injects it into the scalp to help stimulate inactive hair follicles and support new growth. Treatments are typically done every four weeks for four to six months, with maintenance recommended two to three times per year.
Downtime: None, though scalp soreness may last up to 48 hours.
PRF
